A small can from Dollar General that held a large chocolate chip Valentine's Day cookie. Neck is a Catawba stick I found at a local sawmill.

Uncle John, the frets are some sort of utility staple about 5/8" wide. I drilled guide holes the appropriate width and drove them in. Works very well with a single string but probably not accurate enough for two or more strings. I've also used a narrower staple on a diddley bow and that worked also. Haven't been able to find the narrower ones since.
