Thanks. I think if I do one, I'll put one side on a sander or fix up a jig on my table saw.

As far as difficulty, the axe has no straight edges and is hard to fit in a mitre box to get right angles so there is a bit of "eye" work, if you know what I mean

Very cool looking. I like all of the "found" hardware. I was thinking about doing an axe handle guitar also. Was it hard to work with?
