Tenor Cigar Box Ukulele

My latest uke (not made too many ukuleles so far)..I've used a longer (tenor) scale which I really like, as it gives more tension in the strings and a bit more room for my fingers. The separate bridge and pins were really born out of necessity, as the saddle is quite high and the strings kept popping out of the slots in the back of the bridge..so I anchored 'em with pins...well if that arrangement is good enough for K. Yairi, it's good enough for me. Scarfed headstock joint which I've only just started doing, seems OK and I'll be making more like that

  • Really a bueat! I'm working on a tenor size myself. It will be my second Ukulele. Hope it turns out as nice. What do you have inside it?
