John, I do that quite a bit... but I was running behind on getting this thing wrapped up and just needed to get it in the mail. As it was, I had to rethink the tailpiece at the last minute because I was planning on ball ends and then realized that my banjo strings have loop ends.
Looks super. Like the fork in the road tailpiece and volume control too. One suggestion: relic that eye bolt to look old like the can. Rust red paint? Some pits? Don't mind me, it does look great as it is.
