    Yeah, that's one of the things with natural skin heads. In a pinch a candle or a hair dryer works too. I usually lay my bridge down flat if I won't be playing for a while to keep it from pushing into the head too much.

    As long as I warm it by my fire for a minute. The action comes up a little and it plays great.
