the bridge is just two stainless steel screws tightened together into one nut,it works great for 4 string units. it sets on a red oak biscuit that has a hole in the center of it to allow part of the nut to sink into it so the screws set more level on top of the biscuit. when you tighten the two screws together they actually create a slight arch so if you turn the arch up to the strings it works better for slide guitar set up.
