  Ok, how's this, you could do sound holes like a National tri-cone with silver screen material. You could attach your sound hole with some copper brazing, I'm just messin' with ya now bro. Whatever ya do I'm sure it will be cool, if ya don't think so just hand the parts over to me now!! LOL
