ON EBAY NOW, my 4th steampunk design and also my most innovative design as this box can be opened without removing strings, even can be played open. Dark quartersawn redwood box, brazilian rosewood fingerboard and trim. Silver polished back to copper knobs, tuners and sound holes. Highly figured tigerwood ebony neck. An assortement of vintage and steampunk parts and everything is handmade. 2 3 1/4" aluminium cones make this guitar very loud acoustically and amped up she's a hoss. 4 string configuration

    I bought it off ebay, it is very old and I don't even know what keckley represented but it looked cool so I knew I could incorporate it on a steampunk design. It was made oval so it took some work to get on correctly.

    Loads of great details here. That Keckley plate/tailpiece is perfect. Where'd you ever find that? Antique plumbing parts?
