Thanks dude, And here I thought it was me being lazy for finding a way to do it without having to carve out space for the lid in the neck LOL I wasn't even thinking about the angle of the head stock LOL I guess it just all worked out for me LOL Feel free to steal whatever you like LOL
i really like your build method. very simple! i'm gessing that the fret board stops at the lid, allowing the neck board to pass underneath, and the lid is able to resonate freely, right? good way to do it! that also lifted the playing surface above the head face without having to angle the neck. well done!
