The body of my pine solid body ukulele after sanding. If you look closely at lower left you can see the little bevel I carved into the body to make it easier on the player's forearm. I cut a similar relief into the top edge of the back, where it rests against the player's body. I was inspired by the ergonomic features of Fender's Strat.
