Thanks Mark! Acoustically it actually sounds pretty good, with decent resonance from the box; doesn't sound too thin or "tinny", more like a banjo (at least to my tin ears). I'm still playing around w/ the location of the piezo 'cos it picks up too much extraneous vibration from the neck - I'll probably dampen by sandwiching between two pieces of plastic. might add a volume control, too.
