Glad ya like it John! I wanted to match the green in the birds wings to the vine leaves on the fretboard as close as I could.
It sounds really nice and is a LOT of fun to play!
I have to head out to the Driftwood later and take some pics of a 1933 Nebraska license plate build I finished last night, it's gonna be coooooooold!!! Had 65 degrees on Friday and 61 yesterday, I have 5 degrees today :-(
Dads doing a little better all the time, thanks for asking John :-)
Ho Lee CHIT!~!! That thing is beautiful and so is the photo. And I know the river has a lot more ice today than when you took the photo a day or two back. Damn! Brrr!
That fretboard painting is excellent with that pretty box. As I say that, I think maybe - the head stock in that same green would be cool.
I would have liked this just as much with a piezo and no pickup showing. But I am glad you like the Sleeptalker.
Pat, hope your dad is doing better. I've made a couple diddlys and have, likely, a 2 stringer in the shop with a good start. Too cold to go out today. I may try to make a concert uke soon.
