  • I dont bolt it on I screw it on, that is what that block is for, the neck sits there and I run 2 inch wood screws right up thru that area from the back and into the neck....easy as pie....no need to reinvent the wheel as round things roll pretty dang good!

    but yes, just that block is all that there is, it does take a bit of work to make the neck seat really well and level, it takes a good long afternoon.....it looks discolored there, but that was because of the sanding that was done before I painted it red....that is just black residue i didn'tt wipe of yet before the photo.

  • Hi I don't use bracing on those acoustic ones as it kills the tone on a cigar box guitar. The box is square and natural strong.

  • That is a cutie.  I think maybe I should learn to do necks like you do.  How do you fasten the neck to the cross bracing?
