Take a $2 yard sale acoustic guitar, an aluminum roasting pan, an angel food cake tin, a strainer cover, and a few other pieces and you'll end up with a wicked resonator guitar. Stay tuned for updates.

I can't take credit for the idea. I met a guy named Shamus at a Musicians Swap Meet and he had built a couple. He's a retired engineer, so his craftsmanship is excellent. And, the reso's sound fantastic! Check out Roasting Pan Guitar on YouTube and you'll find him.
