I paired up the G strings like on a 12-string guitar, so it’s tuned GgD. Plays like a 2-string chugger with super easy 1-finger chords, but has some of that 12-string vibe.

You’re welcome Uncle John! I developed the 3D printed frets with or without brad nails to be used in inexpensive kit build and play sessions that got waylaid by COVID 19. Fretting is time consuming and you know what happens if they are not level. This is an easy way for novice builders to fret a neck with a simple 3D printed alignment tool and get very level frets. I have conducted a few 1 or 2 person sessions with good results. The original version of this guitar was the prototype. I will probably do an Uncle Crow version because it is even easier.
Thanks for the interest! The doubled string, octaves actually gives it some of that 12 string vibe. The frets are nail brads (for nail guns) inserted in a 3D printed holder attached with double stick tape. They work pretty good with steel strings, but they chew up classical guitar strings!

Neat frets and nut design!

What the heck are those frets?
Oh yeah. I see the doubled string when I go full size.
