Hey Shane, I really like your builds. Im not to far away in Orlando. I grew up in Seminole over by you guys. My wife and I are just getting into CBGs and she has already listed a couple on Ebay. I am being way critical of my builds to do so yet. But keep up the good work and take care.
Yes Mike, 8 "Aluminum spacers" carefully fitted depthwise so they are flush on back and raised slightly on top. "Aluminum Spacers" are available at True Value in the bolts and washers drawers...any size config possible and a choice between threaded inside or un-tapped (smooth). BTW - the threaded ones work fine maybe better as they grip the string but dont damage it as it might seem. They will hit you up for about 75 cents each for these "Spacers", so dont drop them and let'em roll away under the workbench and then into the seems of the floor where they will stay forever. One note I should put out there is they work best when drilled with an undersized bit so you can press them in, no glue involved and removable if needed. SH
