Here's the finished product of my hacked about ex-strat type cheapo guitar. It's mainly clad with old food can metal and a bit of brass plate. It's tuned to open G for slide playing. I'm loving it already.

thanks folks, it was a time consuming project but now it's done I think it was worth the effort. With builds like this it's just a case of making it up as you go along.
