Thanks JP - i must say they sound good too but there a real pain in the ass to make - still trying to find a easier way to make them that dose not take as long !
Thanks for the comment and question - well to magnatize the strip i use ... a Magnet - which is on the bottom of the strip can be mounted North or South

well the least i could do a pickup for right now would be £40 UK because they just take so long to make a shame really because they look and sound great plus you can just mount them straight on top of the cigar box with no need to router out all you need is to drill a hole for the wires to go through and 4 x 1.5mm holes for the mounting screws
heres a sound demo of the first one i made last year it was a special order for Roosterman - this one is made from the yellow PCB material i use and is slightly more overwound than the current ones i'm on with - mind you the video sound quality has a whistle to it so it does not give a true sound but check it out anyway http://www.cigarboxnation.com/video/trytone-demo
Sign me up! I have a hot rails pickup in one of my cbgs and it screams! Almost to much, I bet yours are a little warmer sounding eh? Yea I would pay good money for one.
