Thanks Rodney ,it works much better than i predicted , the fretboard still needs gluing to the neck and final shaping into the neck , gonna try and glue it tonight and add the frets after - i have always done it the other way round but i dont want the fret filings getting rubbed into the Red fretboard and the neck woods so i'm trying it this way this time ???
No mate theres no cherry - the woods are Ebony Fretboard , Padauk Fretboard Bindings and the neck is Maple ,Padauk ,Oak ,Padauk ,Maple - would like to use some Cherry soon though
