Pickup Mod. on My Fair Lady

I was never really happy with the sound I got from the piezo I had installed on the My Fair Lady git so I replaced it with a pup on a piece of cherry to match and now it sounds awesome :-) She rings out so much better.

    Thanks Darryl, Pick and John! I'm much happier with the git now, it was just ok sounding before but I was wanting it to sound awesome. Mission accomplished :-)

    Thanks S.D.! Yes it is a very long scale at 28 7/8" and she is a badass MoFo now :-)

    As I recall, this one was a longish scale, right?  Bet it sounds awesome with those big fat strings.

    While I had the old strings off doin' the mod. I also restrung her with heavy "Blues Breaker" strings.
