Makes me smile. Nice. But I should say, I get some great sound out of the fiber board boxes.
Critter the guitar above the boxes is laminated plywood and that thing is LOUD!!!!
Thats becaus they are plywood which resonates very well for some reason. I think you sould cut sound holes it would sound even better.
I made my last guitar out of one of those Rocky Patel 1990s. It's a small box, but by George it's a loud box. In fact I was so pleased with the sound I decided not to cut any sound holes.

Im not sure about the java box it may be too thick and its pressboard which does not resonate very well. I build them acoustic first then electric.
