grest company very fast service I'm ordering a MGB body and neck for Xmas so I'll get a few buckers to boot I have a gitty wicked bucker to put into a build Dave Lynas has been using them they sound great .
Yep! Bones, I too have used MRWS for some of my stuff, also use Ebay and Gitty, but the Exchange rate and the US Postal service is a bit pricier than what I'm used to, but!, just ordered a buy one get one free 4k Thin Bucker from a newly discovered mob in Florida called "MGB Guitars & Parts Supplier", they worked out at $23.11 each delivered to my door, which I think is quite acceptable even for a "Tight Arse" like me :-D
Thanks Brian , Cheers AGP I got the ash from MRWS in your end of OZ I get all my supply’s from there except the things that only Gitty have that is . Yes oak can be tricky it’s a semi hard wood that tends to strip n rip out just when you don’t want it to , I’ll get more finger boards from MRWS in new year .
Nice Work Bones, I haven't done a fretted build for a while, might be time for another one & nice to see you using Ash for the Fretboard, fretted a few using Tassie Oak Fretboards back in the early days, but swore of it, a right mongrel of a timber to work with (just my opinion of course) :-D
