I'm liking the revision idea. It will take me many moons to go through every guit I got. I built fast and loose on the first go round and learned how in the process. Now I know how to improve them. I think adding good pickups is key to my rehabs. Uncle, I like the Lyons Lynas collaboration logo. I really like the guit fiddle. It didn't need pickup upgrade. The peiso in it works great. I don't know what Chris used, but it is Good!
Nice revision work on your builds Dave, I recently went down the same road, and updated/tweaked (call it what you will!) all my builds (abt 200+), mainly with different string gauge combinations, Pickup changing or adding to, and the rounding of the back of some the Necks, very rewarding effort, changed a lot of ordinary sounding gits to "extraordinary" sounding gits.

Holey chit. Yours is way more than fine and I love the looks of the Lyan Lynas git fiddle. Man that has a nice shape to it.
