this is the inside of the build that I am working on - I put it together to see if everything fit (and worked) and thankfully it does sound good in the initial testing phase (i.e. pups, volume and tone work). The thing that stumps me a bit is how to get the piezos to stick to the top. I've pulled apart several CBGs that I have purchased and some pups stay in place with what looks like superglue and others don't. some just use tape. the tape didn't work so I am going to wait for some suggestions and try again before I finish and close it up.

clear caulk. just a drop though, not too much. better than crazy glue. oh yea and dont use silicone! its a mess and difficult to work with. clear latex caulk. comes out white, dries clear. not a bad gig...
I mount mine with a wine cork post (check out the photos on my page). You could also use a wooden post (this idea is inspired by the wooden sound posts mounted inside cellos). It DOES take a lot of experimentation. That's half the fun...good luck!
