  • tanks so much Ron

I'm curious to hear how it works.

  • Elio,
Yeah, I'll make up a coupla sketches, and send them to you.
  • Hello Sprague, unfortunately google translator gives me a little understandable version.
if you have the desire and time you can make a sketch? It seems like a nice idea from what little I understand. thank you so much

  • Hmmmm. Try rotating the cans so that one faces up, and one faces down. Put the bolt bridge in the middle. Put "shoulders" on the upper side of the bridge, and feet on the lower side. Make the cans of unequal dimension: put the larger can on the bottom, mand a taller, narrower can on top ( something like a tall beer can....top of
  • hey Glenn if you want to see very experimental passive ampli se this site

    http://francois.baschet.free.fr/front.htm

    the idea is starting here

  • Ciao Glenn

the cans are blocked on the bridge bolt with an outer nut and an inner nut, but I think it's a problem dimension. in the diddley normally the vibration is directly on the bottom of the can here comes from the bridge ... I'm thinking ... more resonators larger and thinner ... ???
  • But a great idea! LOVE to see the creative try! Does the bridge bolt connect with both cans? If so maybe more resonation? -Glenn

  • The question was, who knows if it works? It will double the amplification? works but does not make twice.
