the Ovation Celebrity is a backroom find... went in asking for "junk and project" guitars... Pick this one up for $ 25 ... didn't have tuners or strings... Installed a mis-matched set of gotoch tuners and strings and I have a player to keep or resell... Actually sounds very nice....

Yea, they are, but have had a 1980's shallow bowl elite, every other Ovation hurts by comparison. I've already sold it on ebay. Profit will buy a lot of strings, tuners, and pups.....
