On the Bench - Knife work

For a local buddy..my first knife blank build. Bought a Damascus knife blank, made the brass guard. Working on the carved bone handle now..still need to make the pummel. Who knows maybe a new hobby !

    Where did you buy the blank?

    Im very interested in this but if tried to forge, my house would burn down And I would end up in intensive care.
