Yup APG. The cover is Tiger Maple. I have a shower head that I taped to my wood. I then used my drill press and used the template as my guide. It's not perfect. The holes are very close together. The bit drifted a couple times and joined two holes. Nothing I make is perfect. I've made several such covers using this template. It's getting too worn out to use again. The aluminum gets cut a little with each use. My drill press is wobbly and chews templates up.
