The learning curve is always there to snap you back into line I took to much wood out of the through neck Steve so there was no real support if it can't stand a good wack with a hammer it wasn't going to last as a guitar I'll now incorporate a fret board to give me the extra thickness I need but won't use those mag pups again I'll use the Slimer ones again you can teach a old dog new tricks just takes a bit of time ...

I'm fine Dave it's my first fail in 23# guitars ashes to ashes n dust to dust . Like all good builders have done back to the bench and keep on going .
