For the last few days, I've been giving this build my un-feta attention. It does look gouda, but I camembert it any longer. I sent this link to my friend Rick, 'cause I thought Riccotta see this and when he did he said, "With all those holes, you must have cheddar few pounds, but just in queso, maybe you should whey it."
Dare I show this to my eldest son?????? I know he would love it immediately and the next question will be, you couldn't make me one like that could you dad? Best keep it quiet and save myself a lot of hassle. All the best mate, Chris. :)
