  • Thanks for the peek, Randy. This is the kind of design idea that appeals to me.   I'll say, with much respect, it's "wacky." But you could also say it's experimental, as you are trying to see if you can make it functional and get a great sound. Tally ho! 

  • 306572548?profile=RESIZE_1024x1024This was my first idea,..you can see how I carved out the neck thru so the horn sets down in it...I had to make it so the bridge area would be the right height for matching to the nut for proper string action on the neck

  • Cool Jim !  I`m making a bridge that will lay on a section of the horn, not sure what kind of sound I`ll get. But when I tap on the area of the bridge placement I get a nice sound out of the horn. I am installing a pup in it too.
