I layed out and drilled the holes on a piece of 1/4" thick aluminum. I then used it as a drill guide. Clamp the license plate between that and a piece of wood and drill away!
Thanks, I gave this to my son for Christmas. He got a kick out of it 'cause the license plate came off a car the he junked out years ago. The bridge is part of a dog bone that I took from his dog.
That looks great. I think it's the first time I've seen sound holed drilled into those indented places. Good idea and super good job of making the holes uniform.
