A nice review from Daron Billings, and what a lovely event to be asked to play at. It was a real honor to be on the same bill as Johnny Marr (The Smiths) and English folk legend Richard Thompson.I've already been asked back for next year, and to their sister event, the Mostly Jazz, Funk and Soul Festival. This year they had Fun Lovin' Criminals,Courtney Pine, Mavis Staples, Craig Charles, The Family Stone....and Ginger Baker. Earth Wind and Fire had to cancel due to ill health, so maybe they will be there next year?Events like this are definitely the way to go in terms of promoting the cause of cigar box guitar music to a wider audience, but I can tell you, it ain't easy getting there!

The conventions I go to there's always 500+ video cameras everywhere you look. Then there's only 3 or so vids on youtube. It's totally cool that at least one of your songs got uploaded from this event.
