Buffalo horn saddle sets right on top of the rod piezo. There`s no bottom plate on this bridge so the rod sets on the lid. The bridge slot holds the rod nice and snug so it won`t rock backand fourth. This custom bridge is 40 bucks...more so because of the woods used and the time it took me to make it. There`s a full uncut rod piezo in this - 2 3/4" long. I can supply the rod wire with it set up for soldering to a regular jack or leave the 1/8" plug on it for use in those special tailend input jacks like Gitty sells. I`ll be making some more custom bridges in the weeks ahead, trying to use up my plastic tub full of exotic`s.

beautiful work randy, how much for that bad boy? can I get a video so i can hear it, i have a guitar that would go perfectly with that in the works

Question, is the rod piezo in direct contact with the saddle ?
And what is the saddle material ?
