Thanks Juju, glad you like it! A chap up the road who is a full time wood turner supplied the timber- I go and buy or beg his off-cuts! He also sells me bigger chunks if he's any spare. Got a lovely big lump of lacewood for the next project :o) Its probably not worth posting any bits, but I could bring some down in Oct if theres anything special anyone wanted.

Thats way cool Bro ,i love minitures , i'm also a great fan of spalterd wood but it's way too expensive to go out and buy a good size chunk , where did you get the beech from ?? , i have a nice Spalterd sycomore Bowl that i turned years ago never could let go of it , sold the rest but kept that one i'll send you a pic of it
