    Yes, thank-you! Nut- 12th.fret = 12.25", so nut- bridge = 24.5"
    The bridge will sit between the 5 and the 3, and 24.5" is right up against the left side of the 3

    Just a reminder - and you probably know it well--   measure from nut to 12th fret and double that measurement to know exactly where to place the saddle.  If that is not done, it will not sound right.
