This thing was an expirimental 2 string bass about a month ago. I cut the neck shorter and threw a beautifully figured aspen fingerboard on it. Cedar neck (it's running pretty low tension) tuned Dad. It has a really nice growl; there's like a mini reso thing going on from the harmonica side plate saddle. It sounds really good. I'm marking fret positions tomorow when I electrify it. Maybe I'll do a sound demo video.
