  • They had a 50 percent off deal on a very slim humbucker (9$). I got it ordered too. I don't know which will fit best. I might open an arch under the bridge. Just for comparison. Monday music was real fun. Uncle. Have you heard of The Spoon Lady? Wow, talk about Jug Band music! I'll put a link up soon.
  • I think you will like it and the mounting flexibility.   MUCH work on that bridge!   Hey, its a nice day for jug band and string band music.  Sunny here after a lot of rain.  Maddog was at Junk Stock.  Likely a muddy mess, but today is gorgeous and I  hope folks turn out.  

  • Thanks Uncle. I made the bridge from a big dowel. Cut down with band saw then shaped with my belt sander. It has a nice dobro tone. A bit quiet, but not for long. I'm getting a 5 buck pup like the video just posted. Looks good to me.
  • Ah, that saddle looks good here.  Almost reminds me of an antler.  Yup, I know it is molding.  Well, I thought it was until I read it was walnut.   Hmmm.    Yeah, the sound hole looks good there and likely works well.  Love that box and top you made.
