This is a fun way to make logos or metal parts for guitars- cut out a self adhesive foil, stick it onto copper and give it a bath in Iron Cloride III (Acid) for an hour or so. Once its eaten away enough you just peel the foil away, cut them out and screw them onto the guitar or whatever. You can also use zinc and nitric acid. One day i´ll try to do an entire guitar top using this technique!
