I'd get together with you anytime if i could Uncle John. I'll be working at the studio today on casseroles. It's just too hot at the garden. Us Duluthians melt at 90 degrees. It will be a little cooler in the studio. They alway put potters in the basement.....
Dave, that dark, two sound hole git is a beauty. Kinda of passed it by before. One too many strings, but otherwise just really nice. I wish I could get with a good potter like you and make some acceptable stuff to keep and enjoy.
Hi Nelson, yes i've been building up to a bass. I've now got the needed tuners. I think i'll try a bolt on neck when i find a decent one at music go round. I've got some inexpensive pickups for such and some cool big old boxes to make one from.
Looking at the pages of other cigarbox enthusiasts, there's a lot of variety, but your designs stand out as unique to me. Say, have you ever done a bass guitar ?
Thanks you guys. My first good chance to show the guitars in a museum like setting. The space is big and open with many other artists showing. I'm the featured artist for the 3 month run. I gave a talk today and played some of the guits. That went good. John, i plalyed the inside out guitar several times for the event. It has a great slide tone.

LOL, Dave. Well, MUCH better than the many folks who do the opposite.
Ahh, Dave you need to write the Inside Out Blues!
