My lapsteel from the side showing its actualy one solid piece and not a glued on bridge or fretboard. the fretboard and bridge where the actual top of the wood i used and the sides where lowered by cuting 0,5 cm wide lateral cuts in with a hacksaw and then breaking out what's between the sawcuts. Was a lot of work but woth it.
