I am making two guitars out of Daniel’s trade. This wonderful Supro pickup was in a cigar box lap steel. The neck failed on the guitar so i’m Rebuilding two from the one.

Thanks you guys. Yup, those pups ain’t cheap. The sound they make is worth it. The solid one piece Mahogany helps. My other relic Supro guitar has the amp chord direct wired into the pickup but this one has a jack on the plate. Must be a later model Supro. Everything is contained on this one metal plate.
Super Supro Dave!, looked at the string through Supro Pups awhile back, the price scared the heck out of me, also looked at maybe building my own, but that idea ended up in the "Too Hard Basket"
