Latest in the Kodakanjo experiment... this one has a mini-humbucker with the cover removed, embedded in the neck just ahead of the bridge position and about 1/8" below the lid. Still more feedback-y than I'd prefer. Still playing around with the positioning.

Nice looking Kanjo. I always like your guitars. You've got a nice "signature" headstock.
Since the pickup is below the can, I'm assuming the can is magnetic. I've been playing around with some license plates that are aluminum and work well with a rod piezo. Been thinking about a mag pickup , but think that the license plate would have to be magnetic. Keep me posted on the experiment. Would love to hear a demo.
