This is the first box guitar I ever built but hadn't finished, it's an Alder wood Kleenex box cover, and an Ash/Mahogany neck/fretboard. When done it will have a Piezo & jack also.

Now it's hard not to make some snotty remark about a kleenex box, but it has a good look, shape and size. The top might be a little thick for acoustic, but should be fine electric. Some times the thicker tops sound good acoustic too. Good luck and wishes.
