My spelling sucks...corrections to last comment, if it would even out "the" way..., or small "metal "box" on...sorry, thats what I get for looking at all the girls in school instead of paying attention to my studies...but no regrets, still like looking at all the girls.
Anyway, an after thought I had when trying to figure some things out on this project was the location of the piezo, I decided to put it right in the center of the sound hole to see for one thing if it would even out they way it responds to the strings and also and I don't know for sure but I have enough room in back to enclose or insulate or do something around the sound hole/piezo to muffle or amplify the sound or put a can or small metal cox on back side of sound hole, it should have a significant effect on sound, I also am testing strings and different types of misc guage wire from harware store, I have 2 sets of D`Addario resophonic .016-.056 phosphor bronze strings that I think would sound great.
