Cheers, thats the second attempt, the first one split so i routed it all out then cut it to size the next time. Because the Diddley Bow is made of chunky wood, the nails are ideal for securing the bridge and then string tension does the rest.

Nice job on the cut out. I am sitting next to a lap diddley that the bolt bridge moves on. I need to solve that too.
