  This was the before pic. But when intonated it did need to be compensated. May be bc of the slight neck warp I play it with a slide so .....

  Nice old guitar. I think the saddle may not be in the right place. It should be the same distance from the 12th fret as the distance from the nut to the 12th. (The 12th fret should be in the exact middle between saddle and nut).
