  • No What we don’t eat I barter with we preserve lots of fruit as well as dry ,when the wife is home there’s normally 7to 8 at the table with respective girls friends & boyfriend Eldest son ant his 2 terrors friends Romans countryman ...... I know if the world started to go gar gar loony tunes , I can feed my family and drink my fresh spring water till the cows come home .

  • Thanks Guys it keep me busy and growing all year round in Tassie is great I love to see the change in the seasons, this patch is 12 years old and going strong in the pics I have lots of space to go bigger but I won’t I need that area as my passive solar carbon maker in other words I let the grass grow long then I slash and hay bail the lot ready for the garden we don’t need no Woolly or coles store .for our fresh fruit n veg . 

  • Yup.  Good looking garden.  What do you grow?

    Our garden is looking good.  Lots of rain and heat.  Many flowers and we have been pulling a few onions and have our first cuke about ready.  Tomatoes maybe in mid to late July, green peppers looking kind of sickly.

  • Wow Bones! Great garden. Winter can’t be too cold down under. Looks like my garden at the end of June in Duluth.
