The box is the same from another photo with an actual guitar neck on it. Because I at least think I'm getting better I decided to remove the guitar neck and make my own. The neck and fretboard are separate pieces of wood. First time trying frets too. They are actually just nails that I clipped with pliers on both sides. Dropped the A string and tuned it low to high G G B after seeing a video of it. Sounds pretty good. Need to learn a little more patience though for the frets. A couple a not level with the rest down the neck. Learn something new with every instrument.

  • I like this.  Very masculine.  U would do 2 things and maybe you've done one.   The saddle is too light in color.   Dark brown or black would improve the look.   Some side of the neck fret markers  - I use a 1/8 inch bit and barely drill in then put a dob of paint in it.  I use the 'wrong' end of a watercolor brush to dob the paint in.   Nice job!
