First build. Thanks to John McNair for all his advice, and to all the tips on CBN. Thanks to Old Low for the resonator cone and cover. Qld Maple neck with Rosewood fretboard, mini hum bucker up front and piezo under cone with blend pot.

  • Holey buckets! That is a first build? Looks fantastic. High 9s. The only change I would wish for is a bit more distance between the nut and nearest tuner. I have a theory (BS theory?) that more distance there give better down pressure and reduces string hop and problems. Great job. Check out knotlenny's CBG 101 for playing tips.
